The Thermal imaging can:
Check radiators for good heat.
Make sure radiant heated floors have good even heat.
Confirming that water heaters, furnaces, boilers.. are producing sufficient heat.
Checking for hot spots in breaker boxes.
Making sure that ductworks are not obstructed or disconnected.
Insuring that electric baseboards all work as intended.
Finding plumbing leaks.
Finding possible water intrusion issues, which is usually used in addition to a moisture meter.
It can be a valuable tool. Though not needed or used on every inspection. It’s an excellent tool to have in your belt!
