It may rarely be possible to find another home inspector as good as Rick but you will not find one better! My brother retired after 20+ years of home inspecting in another part of the state. After I observed Rick inspect a home for my family members, his love for his job became apparent. Rick is very thorough, detailed, efficient but not hurried, and his background in the building trades gives him first hand experience as he is examining a home. He even went on part of the roof in a cold 35 degree drizzle. His honesty is refreshing and my family will gladly utilize Rick and Mike his termite/pest inspector for any future central IL evaluations/purchases. Thank you for your A+ quality services!
